The purpose of this consultation is to award a global public performance contract (see Article L. 2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code) for, on the one hand, the implementation of works to modernise the Centre de Valorisation Energétique (CVE) of Douchy-les-Mines belonging to SIAVED, and, on the other hand, the operation and maintenance of the CVE throughout the duration of the contract. In detail, the contract includes: - Designing and carrying out modernisation work on the two existing lines; - Operation and maintenance of the VEC. The market is a global market, an exception to the principle of allotment. It is therefore not divided into lots.
