The purpose of the public contract is to select a contractor for the provision of education (training) for persons serving a prison sentence for obtaining secondary education (qualifications, retraining), vocational training, the implementation of national vocational qualification programmes and language courses and other programmes in the school year 2025/26, presumably from 1. 9. 2025 to 31. 8. 2026. The operation is co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and the Republic of Slovenia. The operation is carried out within the framework of the European Cohesion Policy Programme 2021-2027 in Slovenia, policy objective CP4: A more social and inclusive Europe implementing the European Pillar of Social Rights, priority PN7: Long-term care and health and social inclusion and specific objective ESO4.8: Promoting active inclusion with a view to promoting equal opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation and increasing employability, in particular for disadvantaged groups.
