The City of Sundbyberg intends to enter into an agreement with Tietoevry AB (559435-9001) regarding maintenance and support of a previously procured registration system, Public 360, after conducting a negotiated procedure without prior announcement in accordance with LOU (2016:1145), Chapter 6, Section 14, point 3, and this voluntary ex ante transparency.
