Description

1. The contract concerns: Purchase of medical equipment as part of the implementation of the project entitled: “Copper-Turoszowskie Oncology – Improving the quality and accessibility of health services for patients with cancer problems by purchasing modern medical equipment and carrying out the necessary construction works”.
2. The subject-matter of the contract shall include in particular:
(1) purchase, delivery with installation and commissioning of medical equipment described in detail in Annex 3 to the ToR – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and in Annex 2 to the ToR – Price Form;
(2) training and job instruction on the operation of medical equipment for staff designated by the Contracting Authority.
3. Annex 3 to the ToR contains a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the terms of the guarantee.
