Description

The subject matter of the contract concerns the modernisation of public transport: - the purchase of smart bus stops equipped with waste bins - 10 pieces, in accordance with the specifications described in the Specifications – section 3.4 ‘Description of the products requested and ancillary operations required to be carried out’. The supplier has the obligation to deliver, install, assemble and put into service all the equipment / systems delivered, on the platforms specially arranged for this purpose, on the routes of operation of the means of public transport. The supplier will carry out the training of the staff of Golesti commune for the use of urban furniture with optimal conditions. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 22 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/supplementary information sent by the economic operators by the deadline set out in the contract notice, at the latest on the 12th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders set out in the contract notice. Any request for clarifications must be submitted via SEAP. Note: in the Tender Documentation, where the technical specifications indicate a specific origin, source, production, special process, trademark, patent, manufacturing licence, standard, they are mentioned only for easy identification of the type of product/service and do NOT have the effect of favouring or eliminating certain economic operators or certain products/services. Consequently, these specifications are considered to be marked ‘or equivalent’.
