Description

Opførelse af 66 almene boliger på Simmerstedvej 26, Haderslev, fordelt på 5 punkthuse i 4 og 5 etager. Boligerne skal opførelse som et seniorfællesskab med tilførende fælleslokaler, hobbyrum og gæsteværelse. Derudover skal der etableres depotrum i terræn og 71 parkeringspladser.
Det samlede boligareal er på 6 900 m2. Hertil kommer depotrum.
Byggeriet udføres bæredygtigt og skal DGNB Guld certificeret. Entreprenøren skal indgå som aktiv medspiller på at opnå certificeringen i byggefasen, samt ved opfyldelse af dokumentationskrav.
Arbejderne udbydes i storentrepriserne:
A – Anlægsentreprisen
B – Råhusentreprisen
C – Tømrerentreprisen
D – Teknik og installationsentreprisen.
