Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, loading of transport and disposal (disposal) of medical and industrial waste in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular with: - Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1914) and under the conditions specified in the draft agreement, - the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws 2020, item 10), - Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 November 2021 on the disposal and storage of medical and veterinary waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, No. Journal of Laws 2021, item 2245), - the Act of 19 August 2011 on the transport of dangerous goods (Journal of Laws 2024, item 643). - Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 7 October 2016 on detailed requirements for the transport of waste (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2016, item 1742) - The Act of 1742. 27 April 2001 Environmental Law (OJ 2001 L 2025.647, p. 2). The Contractor is obliged to collect waste from a place located on the premises of the Independent Public Health Care Institute of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Rzeszów and located on the premises of the Clinic of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Krosno.
