Description

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane type E natural gas with a pressure of up to and including 0.5 MPa to two collection points located at the airport in Królewo Malborski for the purpose of operating the buildings administered by 22. The Tactical Aviation Base in Malbork on the terms set out in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1303) and its implementing acts, with specific quality standards and projected volumes: In 2026, the basic contract shall: • Królewo Malborskie Airport 6010/1 - consumption point with a contractual capacity of 2 150 kWh/h – 5 125 000 kWh • Królewo Malborskie Airport 6010/2 - consumption point with a contractual capacity of 950 kWh/h – 2 335 000 kWh Total facility 7 460 000 b) In 2027, the basic contract: • Królewo Malborskie Airport 6010/1 - consumption point with a contractual capacity of 2 150 kWh/h – 5 125 000 kWh • Królewo Malborskie Airport 6010/2 - consumption point with a contractual capacity of 950 kWh/h – 2 335 000 kWh Total facility 7 460 000 kWh c) Basic order 2026 – 2027 Total 14 920 000 d) Optional order 2027 • Królewo Malborskie Airport 6010/1 - consumption point with a contractual capacity of 2 150 kWh/h – 256 250 kWh • Królewo Malborskie Airport 6010/2 - consumption point with a contractual capacity of 950 kWh/h – 116 750 kWh Total facility 373 000 kWh
