Description

General orientation
We are working on buildings for children and youth. This is why our name means future. We are a wholly-owned municipal real estate company that develops, develops and manages environments in which our children and young people spend much of their time. We will make those environments worthy of our children – because we want them to go there with pleasure and be inspired to acquire new knowledge to grow, develop, flower. We and our staff should be easily accessible and service-oriented. And we will invest in skills and other resources that enable us to do our jobs in the best possible way.
Children and young people are our customers. Moreover, they are our future. So even if we are a real estate company, it is the future we are working. This is why we are called Futurum.
