General orientation

The contract concerns contracts for work clothing, protective footwear and other personal protective equipment for the staff of Futurum Fastigheter AB. The company has ca. 90 employees, divided into both clerks and repairers/green workers. Calls will be made successively during the contract period. The contract is based on the terms and conditions set out in these specifications and annexes.
Object of procurement
This contract concerns contracts for the supply of work clothes, safety footwear and other personal protective equipment in accordance with point 1.2.3 and the description in section Specification, Commercial Conditions and attached object specifications.

Contracting authority and volume
Contracting entities for this procurement are Futurum Fastigheter i Örebro AB. 556736-6215. The volume allocation for this contract is based on the statistics available for the construction year 2012. The cost of working clothes was approximately: SEK 300 000. The amounts indicated are approximate and shall not be regarded as binding.

Mandatory requirements
