Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'impression de documents sur des supports variés. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de Accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire, passé par un pouvoir adjudicateur sans minimum mais avec un montant maximum de commandes, sans remise en compétition lors de l'attribution des bons de commande, en application des articles L2125-1 ; R2162-2 et R2162-4 du Code de la Commande Publique. Les bons de commande seront notifiés par le pouvoir adjudicateur au fur et à mesure des besoins. L'accord-cadre a une durée initiale de 12 mois à compter de l'accusé de réception de la notification, renouvelable deux fois par reconduction tacite. Durée maximale de l'accord-cadre : 36 mois.
