Erasmus MC aims to conclude the framework contract with 4 suppliers for the provision of end-of-year gifts on the basis of this call for tenders. The framework contract has a duration of 2 years with an optional extension of 2 times 1 years up to a maximum of 4 years. With the final four suppliers selected, a mini-competition takes place each year after approval and allocation of budget by the Governing Council. If no budget is allocated, no packages will be taken.
