The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide services for the processing of the allowances of members of evaluation committees (IMCE) including a component relating to the control of files and another relating to the entry of data in the payroll software. The Contractor must provide the services described in Special Terms and Conditions (SPC) No AC2506RH. This Framework Agreement is a single successful tenderer. It is a reserved contract pursuant to the provisions laid down in Articles L. 2113-12, R. 2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code. In this sense, it is reserved for adapted enterprises mentioned in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, establishments and work support services mentioned in Article L. 344-2 of the Social Action and Families Code and equivalent structures, which employ a minimum proportion, set at at at least 50%, of disabled workers who, due to the nature or seriousness of their deficiencies, cannot carry out a professional activity under normal conditions.
