Description

Das unter Denkmalschutz stehende Gebäude soll instandgesetzt und technisch modernisiert werden. Die Baumaßnahmen müssen unter laufendem Betrieb in Bauabschnitten durchgeführt werden. Alle Modernisierungsmaßnahmen müssen künftigen Anforderungen und Ansprüchen gerecht werden.
Und sind im Einklang mit denkmalschutzrechtlichen Belangen umzusetzen. Den heutigen bautechnischen Anforderungen an Tragfähigkeit, Brandschutz, Nutzungskomfort, Energetik und Wirtschaftlichkeit soll unter Wahrung der Denkmaleigenschaften entsprochen werden.
Gesamtkosten (KG 200-700): brutto 30,4 Mio. €,
BWK (KG 300+400): brutto ca. 22 Mio. €.
