Description

The purpose of this contract is to:
The supply of energy for heating and domestic hot water production in boiler rooms (P1);
Running, routine maintenance (P2), Total warranty (P3):
— heating installations (fuel oil, gas, wood, etc.), and where domestic hot water exists,
— installations of:
— domestic hot water treatment (if applicable),
— solar thermal,
— for the distribution of heating, and where there is domestic hot water,
— VMC,
— heat pump and air treatment where available.
It concerns a contract of the type:
MCI: for the Jaur marble in Saint-Pons de Thomières and the Gare in Ganges’;
PC: for the François Rouan sites and the Social Headquarters in Montpellier and Puech in Saint André de Sangonis;
PF: for the Cassiopée site in Mèze;
ICC: for all other collective fuel heaters (gas Naturel, Fioul).
