Description

The Bavarian Tax Office intends to tender out the existing subscription for Red Hat licences and the purchase of other Red Hat portfolio products in the form of licence acquisition, subscription extensions, consultancy quota and training. This includes the products Java ASS JBoss EAP, including Red Hat AMQ and Apache Camel, which are used throughout the KONSENS. The purpose is to conclude a framework agreement to that effect, laying down the contractual conditions under which the contracting authority may obtain initial procurement and future services. This framework agreement is to be concluded for a period of 36 months, with an optional extension, for a further 12 months (total duration of 4 years).
