The contract is divided into 6 (six) lots as follows: Lot № 1 with subject: ‘Repair and maintenance of air-conditioning and air-conditioning systems in the Varna Territorial Customs Directorate’; Lot № 2 with subject: ‘Repair and maintenance of air-conditioning and air-conditioning systems in the Ruse Customs Territorial Directorate’; Lot № 3 with subject: ‘Repair and maintenance of air-conditioning and air-conditioning systems in the Burgas Territorial Customs Directorate’; Lot № 4 with subject: ‘Repair and maintenance of air-conditioning and air-conditioning systems in the Sofia Territorial Customs Directorate’; Lot № 5 with subject: ‘Repair and maintenance of air-conditioning and air-conditioning systems in the Plovdiv Regional Customs Directorate’ and Lot № 6 concerning: Repair of air conditioning system VRF GREE GMV– Pd , IV in MB Svilengrad’. In this public contract, the Contracting Authority takes advantage of the opportunity provided by Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act and will award lot № 6 in the order valid for its individual estimated value, namely by direct award. The estimated value of the lot does not exceed EUR 79 998.77/156 464 and the estimated value is BGN 25 000.00 (twenty-five thousand) / EUR 48 895.75 (forty-eight thousand eight hundred and ninety-five leva and seventy-five stotinki), which does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the contract. In view of the above, this open procedure will award the services covered by lots № № 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the total estimated value of which is EUR 652 540.00 (six hundred fifty-two thousand five hundred and forty) / BGN 276 257.31 (one million two hundred seventy-six thousand two hundred fifty-seven leva and thirty-one stotinki) excluding VAT. ​​​​​​​
