Description

The HUS Group (hereinafter referred to as the contracting entity) requests requests to participate in the procurement described below: The object of the procurement is the reagents needed for the general bacteria PCR (16S gene multiplication) to study clinical patient samples. The procurement will be carried out through a negotiated procedure. The attached Preliminary Call for Tenders describes the minimum requirements that all tenders must meet. The primers are designed by the client himself. The Customer shall provide the Supplier with information on the base order of the prime sequences. Other PCR reagents (polymerase, buffer, NTP, water) suitable for primers are also included in the scope of the procurement. All reagents in the complex must be free of bacterial DNA. The products will be used in the HUS Diagnostic Center's Clinical Microbiology Laboratory in Helsinki. The estimated amount of consumption is about 1,000 reactions per month. This is an estimate, and the contracting entity does not commit to the amounts in euros and the amounts of consumption indicated in the invitation to tender. The final order quantities may be higher or lower than indicated. The suitability requirements of the candidates are described in the ESPD form. This is an overall procurement, i.e. the procurement is not subdivided into lots. The procurement forms an entity that meets the needs of the contracting entity and it is not appropriate to divide it into parts. The selection criterion is the most economically advantageous tender, the lowest priced tender. The contract period is two (2) years, after which the contract will continue for an indefinite period.
