Description

51-849/12; Commissioning the implementation of the integration measure group profiling for the implementation of the Federal Programme Perspective 50plus
Employment pacts for older people in the regions of the contract will last 24 months. It shall start on 1.1.2013 and end on 31.12.2014. There is an option to renew the contract for another year (until 31 December 2015);
this is the responsibility of the contracting authority only.
1. Objectives
The aim of the Federal Programme Outlook 50plus – Employment Pact for older people in the regions is to improve employment opportunities for older long-term unemployed, who have comprehensive and above all individual support and support needs, and to make active use of regional skills, ideas, structures and resources.
The objective of the group profiling is to develop a comprehensive diagnostic and history dataset that:
(a) as a basis for segmentation; and
(b) for the timely and tailor-made use of mediation and/or case management activities; and
(C) the preparation and agreement of first follow-up activities with third parties (institutions, employers) resulting from the recommendations for the assistance plan and with which KommAV could be consulted.
2. Target audience
The measure is aimed at eligible beneficiaries (ELBs) who have reached the age of 50.
Number of places for participants
20 places are foreseen for group profiling.
In addition, up to 20 competency profiles should be created per month for 50plus clients.
The contracting authority and the contractor may, by mutual agreement, agree on a temporary increase of up to 30 % of the required number of 20 places in order to avoid waiting times in the event of peak demand.
The action will take place on a part-time basis. For group profiling, the time taken by one participant and one participant is 5 lessons per day of 45 minutes per day. In addition, a weekly one-to-one consultation period of 120 minutes per participant is foreseen. Traineeships are usually planned on a full-time basis.
A competency profile is planned for 90 minutes.
