The aim of the project is to improve the energy performance in a building, public municipal property, designed for the development of sport among the adolescent population of the municipality of Burgas by implementing the most effective package of energy-saving measures. This contract has been drawn up in order to select a contractor for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in an indoor swimming pool building at PI No 07079.651.72, Regulated plot I, sq.135 under the plan of the Regional Centre for Meden Rudnik, Burgas, in accordance with approved investments under procedure BG-RRP-4.020 ‘Support for the sustainable energy renovation of a public building stock for administrative services, culture and sport’. The activities planned in the scope of this contract include the implementation of energy efficiency measures and measures for the utilization of energy from renewable sources in a building at the indoor swimming pool Meden Rudnik, with ID No 07079.651.72.1 under the KKKKR of Burgas, Regulated plot I, sq. 135, according to the plan of the Meden Rudnik District Centre in Burgas, which will lead to an increase in energy efficiency and the achievement of energy consumption class ‘A’. Photovoltaic installations (PV) will be built for self-generation with an installed capacity of 243 kWp, which will be installed on the roof of the building. As a result of the introduction of energy efficiency measures in the building, it will contribute to: √ Improvement of the energy performance of an indoor swimming pool building with ID 07079.651.72.1 on the KKKR of Burgas, public municipal property, in Burgas, Meden Rudnik District Centre, through the implementation of integrated high-efficiency energy measures. √ Reduction of final energy consumption in the indoor swimming pool building Meden Rudnik by introducing the most effective package of energy-saving measures and achieving energy consumption class "A". √ Achievement of 81.01% primary energy savings for each site, subject to the "do no significant harm" principle. On the other hand, the proposed building of the indoor swimming pool for public service has a high degree of visibility in the public life of Burgas and the implementation of the envisaged energy efficiency measures will stimulate the understanding of the benefits of their application to all end-users of energy and change public attitudes in support of the overall process of renovation and maintenance of buildings. The building of an indoor swimming pool is a construction III (third) category within the meaning of Article 137(1)(3)(c) of the Spatial Development Act and Article 6(3)(4) of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction. The funding will be provided within the framework of a grant from the RRF and own funds of the Municipality of Burgas. SCOPE OF THE ORDER – types of activities: The following activities are included in the scope of the procurement: — DESIGN - preparation of technical investment projects for a building with ID 07079.651.72.1 according to the KKKR of Burgas, according to the terms of reference for design. — CONSTRUCTION — execution of the construction and installation works provided for in the investment project for the building concerned. — AUTHORITY SURVEILLANCE - exercising author's supervision under the Spatial Development Act during construction.
