Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of a brand new two-chamber garbage truck on a 3-axle chassis for the disposal of segregated, municipal waste in containers or bags in the form of an operational lease with an option to buy. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the documentation of the procedure. The procurement procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contractor is obliged to submit via the Platform the documents specified in Chapter 14 In the procurement procedure in question, communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractors, in particular the submission of declarations, applications, notifications and transmission of information, is carried out electronically via the Contracting Authority’s platform https://pukgryfino.logintrade.net/ Information on electronic means of communication by which the Contracting Authority will communicate with the Contractors and the technical and organisational requirements for sending electronic documents and information are described in Chapter 6 The grounds for exclusion and conditions for participation in the procedure and are indicated in Chapters 17 and 18 of the SWZ.
