The subject of the contract is the supply of a high-dispersive scanning electron microscope with a focused ion beam equipped with an energi-dispersive analyser and 3D imaging capability using EDS (Energi dispersive spectrometer) and EBSD (electronic diffraction of retro-reflected electrons). In addition to the supply itself, the subject matter of the contract is the installation, training of the operator by a qualified worker and the provision of a warranty service.
