The subject of this tender is the provision of architectural, engineering, interior design and other professional and technical services to the planning authority for the following projects:
• Project 1: demolition, construction, restoration, building services and finishing works of the planning authority enforcement block;
• Project 2: restructuring and refurbishing of the planning authority reception _foyer area in the main block;
• Project 3: construction of external canopy leading to the entrance of the planning authority main block.
