Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of the drug distribution system. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019. PZP, (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320) – hereinafter referred to as the PHP, by means of an open tender procedure with an estimated value exceeding the Union thresholds (Article 132 of the PHP) based on Article 138(1)(b) and (c) EUTMR. 4 of the PPL Act. The contracting authority informs that the contract is co-financed by the European Union under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system", Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernisation of the infrastructure of highly specialised care centres and other medical entities" - project entitled: "Improving the availability and quality of medical services in the field of oncology at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska", project number: KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0113/24.
