Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę do siedziby Zamawiającego angiografu jednopłaszczyznowego, którego wymagane parametry techniczne określono w Załączniku Nr 5 do SWZ, jego montaż, uruchomienie, a także świadczenie gwarantowanych usług serwisowych w okresie na jaki udzielona jest gwarancja na oferowany przedmiot zamówienia oraz przeszkolenie pracowników Zamawiającego. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również demontaż i utylizację angiografu Allura Centron producent Philips stanowiącego własność Zamawiającego, zamontowanego obecnie w pomieszczeniu, w którym po jego demontażu zamontowany zostanie zaoferowany przez Wykonawcę angiograf.
