Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 1275 z późn. zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”)obejmujący prace z zakresu: hodowli lasu, nasiennictwa i selekcji, ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, utrzymania obiektów leśnych, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz ubocznego użytkowania lasu, do wykonania na terenie leśnictwa Słupia, Czarny Las i Sielec
