Description

La consultation porte sur la fourniture en matériel électrique nécessaire à l'approvisionnement des services de la ville de Cannes et de la communauté d'agglomération de Cannes-Pays de Lérins. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du code de la commande publique avec l'organisme suivant: communauté d'agglomération Cannes-Pays de Lérins. Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est: ville de Cannes. Il aura en charge la passation de l'accord-cadre. Chaque membre du groupement devra signer et suivre l'exécution de l'accord-cadre. Les prestations sont réparties en deux lots:
— lot 1: éclairage, luminaires, lampes;
— lot 2: fournitures de matériel électrique hors éclairage, luminaires et lampes.
Chaque lot fait l'objet d'un accord-cadre attribué à un seul opérateur économique
