Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance and repair services, as well as to carry out work on lift and goods lift installations in the emergency centres and administrative buildings of the Alpes-Maritimes Departmental Fire and Rescue Service. The purpose of this contract is to guarantee the safety of the users of the lifts and of third parties operating in the vicinity of the installations, in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force. As such, the licensee shall implement all measures necessary to ensure the maintenance in good operating condition and safety of the equipment. It shall ensure that these services are carried out in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, the rules of the art, good professional practice and the recommendations of the manufacturers of the equipment concerned.
