Description

In the present case, the municipality of Kürten awards all basic services of project management project stages II to V in accordance with § 2 AHO issue 9 for the climate-friendly model renovation of the comprehensive school of Kürten (KfMGS). The contracting authority reserves the right, if necessary, to have special services offered by the tenderers in the context of the negotiated procedure. The overall project is divided into several subprojects, which are in different stages of completion. Due to the different performance levels also with regard to the currently active project management, not all basic services of project stages II to V are required in every subproject. An updated breakdown of the project management services required from the award of the contract will be announced at the latest in the actual negotiated procedure.
