1.The subject of the order is the successive delivery of strips for testing the physical and chemical parameters of urine performed by the Ordering Party's Laboratory Medicine Department together with the rental of a platform for urine imaging (hereinafter: platform), a code reader and a computer set with software. Detailed information on the subject of the contract is described in Annex 2A (which is also an assortment and price form). 2. The conditions governing the performance of the contract are also set out in the draft contract in Chapter XX of the SWZ 3. The contracting authority shall require that the medical devices offered: a) were admitted to trading in Poland in accordance with the Act on medical devices, b) corresponded to the description of the subject of the contract in Annex 2A to the CVT.
