Jedná se o instalaci 2ks kogeneračních jednotek, tří plynovodních kotlů, čtyř elektrokotlů, akumulační nádrže, vysokotlaké plynovodní přípojky, regulační stanice plynu a středotlaké plynovodní přípojky. Stavba bude trvalá a jejím účelem je optimalizace dodávky tepelné energie pro město Žďár nad Sázavou. Předmětem je funkční dílo spočívající v realizaci veškerých stavebních prací, dodávek věcí, prací a služeb spojených s realizací modernizace SZTE Žďár nad Sázavou, kotelny Libušín.
