Description

1.The object of the contract is the supply (sale) of active electricity in the planned total quantity of 3 145.002 MWh, for 33 units – A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is given in Annex 2 to the ToR.
2.The Contractor must have general distribution contracts with the distribution system operators to which the facilities for which the contract will be awarded are connected.
3.The Contracting Authority allows the planned quantity of MWh not to be used and the contractor will not have any claim against the Contracting Authority.
