1. The subject of the contract is the provision of laundry services for Local Branches: Lower Silesia, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Lubuskie, Lubelskie, Zachodniopomorskie and Małopolska. 2. The contract is divided into 6 tasks: 1) Task 1 - Lower Silesian Regional Branch, 2) Task 2 - Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Branch, 3) Task 3 - Lubuski Regional Branch, 4) Task 4 - Lublin Regional Branch, 5) Task 5 - Zachodniopomorskie Regional Branch, 6) Task 6 - Małopolska Regional Branch. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ for the task in question. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts under the direct award procedure, for tasks 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, on the terms set out in Art. 1 point 7 of the Act and in accordance with the information described in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
