The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment and supplies. The offered equipment must meet all the parameters specified in the SWZ and annexes as well as the quality requirements specified in the manufacturer's technical documentation for a given product, be brand new (Cat. I) The Ordering Party requires only professional equipment. All own names of materials indicated in the description of the subject of the contract using trademarks, determination of standards, approvals, technical specifications of reference systems should be understood as determining the required parameters, properties and quality and technical standards and the Contracting Authority allows the use of equivalent solutions with technical and utility parameters not lower than those specified in the description of the subject of the contract. The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the subject of the contract offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.
