The Contractor shall be fully liable for damages, accidents and collisions and other events caused by the abandonment of works or as a result of insufficient or non-compliant performance of works in winter maintenance of roads. The Contractor shall be responsible for the safety of traffic on the sections of roads on which winter maintenance is carried out from the moment of their commencement until the final completion.
