Description

Arbetet som bildgranskare avser manuell granskning av bilder som kameror i Stockholm, Göteborg, Sundsvall och Motala inte hanterar automatiskt. Kamerorna registrerar underlag för skattebeslut avseende trängselskatt och infrastrukturavgift. Arbetet utförs med datorstöd.
Arbetet som telefonihandläggare avser att besvara inkommande frågor i första hand rörande trängselskatt och infrastrukturavgift samt att agera kvalificerad rådgivare åt fordonsägare och medborgare kring dessa frågor.
