The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collecting domestic and economic wastewater collected from the area of the Łańcut Commune in order to treat it. The period of performance of the service is 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025. Collected from the area of the Commune, covering 9 parishes: Albigowa, Cierpisz, Głuchów, Handzlówka, Kosina, Kraczkowa, Rogóżno, Sonina, Wysoka, inhabited by over 21 thousand inhabitants, domestic and economic sewage, through the municipal sewage network, will be delivered to the discharge chamber in front of the sewage treatment plant on the main backhaul collector managed by the Service Provider. The quantities of waste water supplied by the contracting authority are calculated on the basis of water consumption in previous years . The estimated annual amount of sewage is 700 000.00 m3, with the daily amount of sewage in the rainless period estimated at 1800.00 m3/d, and in the rainy period this amount may double. Settlement of pages for the service provided will take place on a monthly basis. For control purposes, the parties shall establish a control sampling point at the place of discharge of sewage from the territory of the municipality to the discharge well on the main collector of the Service Provider. The contracting authority declares that: 1) sewage entering sewage installations will not cause the formation of gases and vapours in volumes exceeding the permissible concentrations, 2) sewage will not contain solid waste that will reduce the capacity of sewage ducts, 3) sewage will not contain liquid waste that does not mix with water, in particular resins, varnishes, bituminous masses, 4) sewage will not contain combustible and explosive substances, 5) sewage will not contain corrosive and toxic substances, 6) sewage will not contain waste and effluent from animal husbandry.
