Description

This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Article 42 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Articles 25, 78, 66, 67, 68 and 79 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. Mono-winning framework agreements which do not lay down all the contractual terms and conditions to be performed by means of subsequent contracts. The holder of each framework agreement shall be consulted on the price and the time limit for supplies whenever requirements arise. Framework agreements are concluded for a period of 1 year, tacitly renewable 3 times, with no minimum amount and with the following maximum annual amounts (per lot): lot 1 Iveco: EUR 120 000 excl. tax, lot 2 Man: EUR 50 000 excl. tax, lot 3 Mercedes: EUR 70 000 excl. tax, lot 4 Renault: EUR 170 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
