Description

The buyer plans to negotiate. Negotiations will be conducted with the 3 candidates selected in the application phase. Negotiations may cover all the elements of the tender. In accordance with Article R. 2123-5 of the Public Order Code, the buyer however reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without conducting negotiations. Scope of the framework agreement: The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum amount of EUR 6 000 000 excluding tax over 4 years.
