Description

Kolumbus has entered into a contract with Boreal Buss AS.
Kolumbus is announcing a competition for public transport by bus in the geographical area of Ryfylke South. The route area includes routes in Hjelmeland, Strand, Forsand, Stavanger, Sola and Sandnes Municipalities. The purpose of the contest is to provide good routes for travellers. See Annex 3 Route Specifications for details on the bus routes.
The contract will be valid from when it is signed until 30.6.2027. The Contracting Authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for a total of 3 years.
The start-up will depend on when Ryfast tunnel from Stavanger to Solbakk opens. The start-up date that tenders are to be based on is 1.12.2019.
