Description

Project management services in accordance with § 2 AHO No. 9, project stages 2b-5, areas of activity A-E. An interim pavilion facility (MRE) with a canteen and outdoor facilities for a 4-course high school will be built for the newly founded "Am Südpark" high school in Drygalski-Allee 2. In the run-up to the planning, two alternative locations in the immediate vicinity were examined. Both areas are currently used as sports grounds. On one of the two possible locations (location 1), there is already a school pavilion facility (3 storeys, GFA approx. 2,650 m ²), which can be adapted and integrated in the course of the planned construction project depending on the design concept. The decision for one of the two locations will be made according to the result of the pre-construction enquiries in the course of LPH 2, presumably Q2/2026. Building data: GFA: approx. 11,500 m ²; BRI: approx. 42,000 m ³; 3 storeys. Location 1 (district 19; According to Forstenried): 21,100 m ² Location 2 (municipal district 19; According to Forstenried): Land area approx. 21,400 m ². Planned take-up: School year 2028/2029.
