Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung der Loseinheit 1 ist die landesweite Erfassung des Rot- und Schwarzmilanbestandes.
Gegenstand der Beschaffung für die Loseinheiten 2-19 ist das SPA-Monitoring, welches als Daueraufgabe in 44 EU-Vogelschutzgebieten im sechsjährigen Turnus durchgeführt wird. Die SPA-Kartierungen berücksichtigen alle wertgebenden Brut- und Zugvogelarten. Die Brutvogelkartierung in den SPA-Gebieten erfolgt als vollflächige Revierkartierung nach Methodenstandard (Südbeck et al. 2005). Die Zug- und Rastvogelerfassung erfolgt in den Offenlandbereichen und orientiert sich an den Vorgaben der DDA-Wasservogelzählung. Für alle wertgebenden Vogelarten in SPA erfolgt eine Bewertung des Erhaltungsschemas entsprechend LANA-Beschluss („Pinnebergschema“).
