1. The subject-matter of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 3 000 000 in words: three
millions of zlotys to finance part of the expenditure on the construction of a residential building at
UL. Kaliska w Łódź. The premises in the building will be rented out (part of the Municipality of Łódź, part of other persons)
2. Loan term of 20 years in equal instalments with the possibility of early repayment without necessity
the contracting authority incurs additional fees and commissions and interest will be calculated only on the amount of the current outstanding debt until the date on which the loan is repaid.
