Negotiated procedure for the commissioning of emergency medical services in the ambulance service at the ambulance location Rheinbach without participation competition
The Rhein-Sieg-Kreis intends to commission suitable hospitals with the emergency medical occupation of an emergency medical vehicle at the emergency medical location of Rheinbach and thus a part of the emergency medical care of the population in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis for a period of five years plus a five-time extension option of one year each. Performance start date is 01.01.2025. The ambulance location is at the rescue station, Boschstr. 5, 53359 Rheinbach. Due to the time limit of the existing contract until 31.12.2024, the ambulance service at the ambulance location Rheinbach is to be reassigned in the following times: Monday 6:30 pm to Tuesday 6:30 am, Tuesday 6:30 pm to Wednesday 6:30 am, Wednesday 6:30 pm to Thursday 6:30 am, Thursday 6:30 pm to Friday 6:30 am and Friday 6:30 pm to Monday 6:30 am and on public holidays around the clock. The additional periods are guaranteed by a separate contract. The selection of the tenderer to be awarded the contract was carried out by means of a negotiated and non-competitive procedure involving four suitable hospitals which, in the context of the market survey carried out in the run-up to the procurement procedure involving ten hospitals, expressed their interest in the provision of services and their ability to perform. This is a voluntary ex-ante transparency notice. The contract has not yet been concluded. The conclusion of the contract with the bidder Helios Klinikum Bonn/Rhein-Sieg (Von-Hompesch-Str. 1, 53123 Bonn) under the responsibility of Helios Klinikum Siegburg GmbH (Ringstr. 49, 53721 Siegburg) will take place at the earliest after ten calendar days, calculated from the day after the publication of this announcement.
