2. The subject-matter of the supplementary contract is works consisting of:
(a) the execution of additional internal parapets at levels + 1 and + 2
in the S2 building;
(b) the construction of an additional partition with doors and a complete construction and installation finish, thus formed from the property surface of a common communication area with separate entrances to the vestibule separation, two independent locks at level -1 of the S2 building;
(C) construction of additional footwear wipers for EC1 East
(D) the creation of an additional window on the inner side of the ‘historical witness’ window in the S1 building;
(e) extending the comfort ventilation system from the boundaries of the development premises to the individual premises of the building units;
(F) the construction of additional heating circuits in guns and trigger pipes for construction.S2 and a fitting for construction. Switchboards;
(g) the construction of additional ventilation duct housings in building N,
(H) the construction of additional doors and ventilation to the new staircase in level -1 of the S2 building;
(I) the construction of a suspended demountable raster ceiling from GK plates;
(J) demolition of walls, ceilings and floors and their partial replacement in a new system in order to optimise acoustic parameters in the recording director’s room, sound post-production studies and multifunctional room.
