Description

1.The subject matter of the contract is a service for the effective acquisition of students for the 6-year study programme in the medical field, a 5.5-year study programme for pharmacy and a 3-year study programme for dietetics and nursing, conducted in English at the University of Gdańsk in 8 packages. ‘Effective acquisition of a student’ means a candidate for studies who: he was awarded by the Recruitment Committee of the Gdańsk Medical University, completed recruitment procedures, paid tuition fees and was included in the list of students in a given field of study.
2.The contracting authority shall exclude the contractor from the procedure in the circumstances referred to in Article 24. Points (12)-23) of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority does not provide for the exclusion of the Contractor pursuant to Article 24. 5 of the Public Procurement Act
