Kreda pastewna drobnoziarnista, granulacja 0,3-1,2 mm – dodatek do paszy. Zamawiający zamawia 25 ton (w workach 30 kg). Do kaĆŒdej dostawy naleĆŒy doƂączyć atest jakoƛci produktu. Produkt ten będzie uĆŒyty do produkcji pasz dla zwierząt. Stawka VAT zgodnie z kategorią poĆŒywienia dla zwierząt, ktĂłra jest zaklasyfikowana do dziaƂów (kodĂłw) nomenklatury scalonej (CN), wymieniona w zaƂączniku nr 10 do ustawy o VAT. Zamawiający jest podatnikiem podatku rolnego i zamawiany produkt wykorzysta na potrzeby wƂasne.
