Description

The contract for the operation of thermal installations is of the PFI (Service - Package - Interest) type and of the MCI (Marketing - Interest) type for the Hubert Robert de Méréville college only, and includes the following services: - P1: Provision of wood fuel for the pellet boiler of the Hubert Robert de Méréville college - P2: Operation, conduction, maintenance, standby, preventive and corrective maintenance of heating, domestic hot water, air conditioning, ventilation and related installations - P3: Major maintenance and renewal services for thermal installations, with full guarantee and transparent management - P5: Works: Carrying out work relating to the maintenance of the installations covered by this contract, relating to compliance and/or improvement of equipment. This contract is global, one type of service cannot go without the other: as soon as the P2 is ordered, the contractor will also be responsible for the P3 and P5, except for the P5 above 50%. The assets of the Conseil Départemental de l'Essonne (91), concerned by this operating contract, are made up of colleges and UCPs, the consistency and scope of which are specified in the C.C.T.P. This alloti single-award framework agreement will make it possible to retain economic operators who will then be commissioned to operate certain colleges by the execution of order forms by the buyer.
