Germany-Kiel: Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services
Building and interior design according to § 33 ff HOAI, LPH 1-9 – Building 61.200 isotope laboratory is part of the building complex of the so-called preclinical institutes of the University of Lübeck. It is located in the southwestern area of the campus area of the university. In buildings 61, 62 and 63 as well as the associated additional buildings, institutes of the university and the teaching areas (internship rooms, seminar rooms, lecture halls) are housed. The isotope laboratory was built between 1976 and 1979 and consists of two floors. In the basement there are storage rooms for radioactive materials and equipment. The cooldown plant, which is also located in the KG, with its three collection tanks, has already been renewed in the course of the newly built isotope laboratory, Geb. 61.250. The laboratory areas with course and adjoining rooms on the ground floor are to be completely renovated. For the new facade, the result of an already conducted ideas competition will be incorporated into the preliminary planning and further processed. The design manual of the first prize winner of the ideas competition for the new facades is binding. Planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which cover the performance picture of object planning buildings and interiors in accordance with HOAI and have implemented similar measures in the past. The performance phases 1 – 9 should be processed. The commissioning will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to assign only part of the basic service from the aforementioned performance pictures. The restricted areas in front and behind the building must be taken into account when implementing the measure. The construction period/period of construction of the building suggested that pollutants such as asbestos and KFM as well as PAK or PCBs were introduced into the building. In 2018, an investigation report on the collection of building pollutants was prepared. Account must be taken of the report and, if necessary, the following needs. The services to be provided require experience in dealing with public buildings in the existing building as well as experience with energy renovations. The measure is implemented after approval by the Ministry of Finance. Knowledge of the procurement manual (VHB), the HBBau and the VOB are required. The assignment is carried out in stages on the basis of the enclosed draft contract. The preliminary cost estimate for the cost groups 200 to 600 is approximately EUR 6.000.000 net. Of this, approximately 2.353.000,- Euros, net of KG 300 and approx. 3.550.000,- Euros, net to KG 400. Project period: Completion of FU construction (LPh 3 with LPh 4): July 2024 Start of construction: approx. September 2025 Construction period: about 25 months – The country has set up a climate protection strategy and pursues climate neutrality by 2050. Accordingly, one of the main objectives of the planning is the sustainability of the refurbished building. The energy and sustainability requirements are attached and observed in the appendix. The client is committed to the principles of sustainable construction, as set out in the guidelines of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety. In particular, high energy efficiency and sustainable construction have to be valued during the planning process, which can be expected to be low in the long term. Protection of monuments must not be taken into account.
