Description

the purpose of this Framework Agreement is the treatment of waste from waste disposal in the Community of municipalities of the Pays de Bitche. Framework agreements with purchase orders will be concluded within the following limits, for each of the lots, and over the total duration of the framework agreement. It shall be concluded without a minimum amount and with the following maximum amounts: Lot 1: — EUR 60000(s) HT Lot 2: EUR 450000(s) excl. Lot 3: EUR 2025000 (s) HT It shall be executed as the order forms issued by the contracting authority are issued
