une précédente consultation décomposée en deux lots géographiques a été passée en fin d'année 2020 pour un démarrage des prestations en début d'année 2021. Le lot no2 relatif aux communes de Mandres-Les-Roses, Marolles-En-Brie, Périgny-Sur-Yerres, Santeny, Valenton, Villecresnes, Villeneuve-Le-Roi et Villeneuve-Saint-Georges n'a pas été reconduit et prend fin le 5 janvier 2023. Ainsi la présente consultation a donc pour objet le choix du titulaire pour le lot no2.Le lot ne comporte pas de montant minimum.Le montant maximum annuel est de 500 000 euro(s) Ht pour le lot no 2.Ce marché est un accord-cadre exécuté à bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2-2ème alinéa, R.2162-4-2°, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique
